The 2021 Summer School Add/Drop week will be held between July 26, 2021, at 12:00 and July 28, 2021, at 23:59. During the relevant dates, courses that have been previously registered and confirmed to open cannot be dropped, and new registrations can only be made for opened courses using the Add/Drop menu available on the student information system.

If a difference fee arises after the new course addition process, it can be deposited with the student number at any "Vakıfbank" ATM, branch, or via internet banking in Turkey. After the difference fee is deposited, do not forget to confirm your add/drop registration by pressing the Check and Finalize buttons in the Add/Drop menu in sequence.

Refund transactions for courses that are not opened will be deposited into the IBAN number they have defined in the system within a maximum of 15 business days after the Add/Drop date. 

Makü Students

Makü students can register for the opened courses of the program they are enrolled in from the Add/Drop menu available in the Student Information System.

A MAKÜ student, to be able to take a course that is not opened in their registered unit without losing any rights if it is opened in another unit within the university, needs to apply with the application form from https://prg.mehmetakif.edu.tr/YazOkuluBasvuruFormu/?YOBF=MAKU and requires the decision of the administrative board of the unit they are registered in after the application.

 A MAKÜ student, provided that summer school courses are not opened in our university's faculties/schools/conservatories/vocational schools, can apply with the application form from https://prg.mehmetakif.edu.tr/YazOkuluBasvuruFormu/?YOBF=DIGER to take courses from other university/universities without losing any rights and requires the decision of the administrative board of the unit they are registered in after the application.

Guest Students

Our guest students can register for all opened courses. They can use the Curriculum/Outside Department courses screen available on the "Course Registration" Screen to select courses outside the unit they are registered in at our university.

Guest students who have not previously received a student number from our university must first apply to obtain a student number from https://obs.mehmetakif.edu.tr/oibs/summer_app/. The relevant help document for obtaining a student number is attached.
